JALAPENO CHICKEN PIZZA

I used biga to my dough (dough recipe I link) and let it ferment for 24 hours.

INGREDIENTS:

-Pizza Doug recipe in link☝️ You can choose between 65%-80% hydration, depends on your preference.

TOMATO SAUCE:

Peeled tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, oregano

TOPPINGS:

grilled chicken in cream sauce, jalapeno, mushroom,chili flakes, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese
